OMEGA 3 SYRUP FOR KIDS

What is Omega 3? Omega-3 can be defined as a group of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Why are they essential to our health? Because Omega-3s play an important role in helping our brains build new cells, this allows the absorption of nutrients and develops our central nervous and cardiovascular systems.
